A note to wish each parishioner a very happy and blessed Easter. A special note of welcome to any visitor who is with us this Easter.
May the celebration of the Easter Liturgy deepen our faith that Jesus is truly risen, and having conquered death, invites us to share in his risen life.

May the Easter Liturgy help us understand and appreciate more deeply the Paschal Mystery – the times of dying and rising to new life in Christ.

It is Good News that every Good Friday in our lives can be transformed into an Easter Sunday. No pain, no sorrow, not even death itself, need defeat us: all is made new in the risen Christ.

May we all receive a deeper share in his gift of peace: “Peace be with you” the Risen Lord says to each of us. I pray that you receive the blessings of his peace, a peace the world cannot give.
Thanks to all the volunteers who have contributed generously to the Liturgies throughout Holy Week, up to and including the Mass at 6pm on Easter Sunday! This includes welcomers, readers, altar preparers, servers, extraordinary ministers, wardens, counters, sacristans, cleaners and all who helped in the preparations for the Easter liturgies.
A special word of thanks to the musicians and singers for your hours of preparation and the sharing of your gifts and talents.

Another special word of acknowledgement to our parish secretary Kerri and to the parish team members who have helped in the preparation of the Easter Liturgies.
Again, a very happy and blessed Easter to each of you, and to your families.

On behalf of Fr Harry, Fr Stephen, and the Parish Team.
Fr Paul
Parish Priest.
