Tuesday, 28th March. The Friendship Group (55+) will tour the historic St Patrick’s, Church Hill (The Rocks).

We will take the 8:48am train from Pennant Hills to Wynyard Station, assemble in the grounds outside the coffee shop (entrance from Grosvenor Street) before 10.00am, in time for the tour which commences at 10.15am (cost is $10pp but includes a free tea or coffee with lunch). Areas which will be covered on the tour include: • Davis Cottage (1809) • Archdeacon McEnroe’s cottage (1863) • St Patrick’s Church (1844), including an inspection of the Church interior • Former Convent of the Sisters of Mercy (1892) • Sisters of Mercy Chapel Tour will finish in time for daily Mass to be celebrated by Fr Paul at 12:05pm. Lunch at own expense (sandwiches, desserts, cakes, biscuits & slices), is scheduled from 12.45pm. Register your interest in joining us via Clem (9481 9125) or the Parish Office (9484 1427).
